At dev.house, we embrace a global New Work strategy, fostering a diverse team of IT experts across different countries. To strengthen collaboration and spark creativity, we recently hosted a special team retreat abroad!
It wasn't just about relaxation (although there was some of that!). We used this opportunity to connect in person, share ideas, and brainstorm innovative product concepts. We believe in the power of international collaboration and this event proved it!
Beyond the fun, there was a clear focus. We discussed the company's future, explored ways to optimize collaboration, and strategized on how to integrate AI into existing products like tap.rating . It was truly inspiring and left us feeling even more motivated and focused.
