. For us, this support is more than just funding – it is confirmation of our vision to sustainably strengthen trust in digital reviews through innovative technology.
What does this mean for tap.rating? With this funding, we are moving on to the next level and expanding our platform with additional components:
New web portal: A central point of contact for maximum clarity and user-friendliness. 
Billing & payment service: Professional, integrated processes for smooth operations. 
AI module for fraud detection: The heart of our innovation. A central AI component that detects targeted manipulation and fake reviews.
Why are we doing this? The current review market is struggling with a lack of transparency and abuse. Current feedback systems are faltering. Fake reviews, complex processes and a lack of transparency are unsettling both businesses and customers.
We are setting new standards: with tap.rating, we are counteracting the disadvantages of conventional systems. We use AI not as a buzzword, but as a tool for genuine authenticity – and in doing so, we are making the process easier than ever before for those providing feedback.
